Bolillo Roll

A savory, crusty Mexican bread roll that is soft on the inside. For hot dogs (specifically Sonoran style), the bolillo is slightly larger and sturdier than a standard bun and is often specifically slit from the top (estilo canoa) to structurally hold heavy beans, mayo, and grilled meats.
